TERMS OF USE
The use of eshodo.dev grants the status of User of eshodo.dev, whether as a natural or legal person, and necessarily implies full, complete, and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the clauses and general conditions included in this Legal Notice. If the User does not agree with the clauses and conditions of use of this Legal Notice, they must refrain from using eshodo.dev. This Legal Notice is subject to changes and updates, so the version published by eShodo may differ at any time the User accesses the Portal. Therefore, the User must read the Legal Notice on each occasion they access eshodo.dev.

- Delete, manipulate, or otherwise alter the “copyright” and other identifying data of eShodo’s reserved rights or those of their owners, digital fingerprints, watermarks, or any other technical means established for their recognition.
The User must refrain from obtaining and attempting to obtain the Content by using means or procedures other than those made available for this purpose or those indicated on the web pages where the Content is found, or, in general, those commonly used on the Internet for this purpose, provided they do not pose a risk of damage or disablement to eshodo.dev and/or the Content.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, trade names, or distinctive signs of any kind appearing on eshodo.dev are the property of eShodo or, where applicable, their respective owners. Use or access to the Portal and/or the Content does not grant the User any rights over these trademarks, trade names, and/or distinctive signs, nor can it be understood that any rights of exploitation existing or that may exist over these Content are transferred to the User. Likewise, the Content is the intellectual property of eShodo or third parties, as applicable. Therefore, the Intellectual Property rights belong to eShodo or third parties who have authorized their use, holding exclusive rights over their exploitation in any form, particularly reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation. Unauthorized use of the information contained on this website, as well as infringement of eShodo’s or third-party Intellectual or Industrial Property rights included on eshodo.dev, will result in legally established liabilities.
AVAILABILITY OF ESHODO.DEV
eShodo does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors in accessing eshodo.dev or its Content, nor that it is updated. However, eShodo will make its best efforts to avoid, correct, or update them if necessary. Consequently, eShodo is not responsible for damages of any kind caused to the User by failures or disconnections in telecommunication networks that result in the suspension, cancellation, or interruption of the Portal service during its provision or beforehand.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
eShodo excludes all liability for decisions the User may make based on this information, as well as for possible typographical errors in documents or graphics on eshodo.dev. The information is subject to periodic changes without prior notice for updates, improvements, corrections, or expansions of the Content.
NOTIFICATIONS
All notifications and communications from eShodo to the User made by any means will be considered effective for all purposes.
JURISDICTION
For any disputes arising from the interpretation, application, and compliance with this Legal Notice, as well as claims that may arise from its use, all parties involved submit to the Judges and Courts of the province of Catalonia, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
APPLICABLE LAW
This Legal Notice is governed by the current Spanish legislation.
